    The National Association of Workforce Development Professionals (NAWDP) presents the 2026 Virtual Academy: AI for the Workforce Professional, a multi-day virtual event designed to equip workforce practitioners with foundational knowledge and practical competencies in artificial intelligence. The academy focuses on the application of AI concepts and tools within workforce development practice.

    Measurable Skill Gains (MSG) and Credential Attainment Rate are two primary performance indicators relevant to Registered Apprenticeship programs managed by the Office of Apprenticeship. Interim Credentials, while not a primary performance indicator, also has relevance for registered apprenticeship programs—especially in cases of longer-term programs where the attainment of the registered apprenticeship Certificate of Completion is outside of allowable timeframes.

    Data validation consists of a series of internal controls and quality assurance techniques established to verify the accuracy, validity and reliability of data. The Employment and Training Administration (ETA) has established a shared data validation framework across programs, including Office of Apprenticeship (OA)-managed grants, ensuring that all program data consistently and accurately reflect grant performance.

    The final event in this series combines all performance reporting resources into one complete picture for OA-managed apprenticeship grantees. Presenters will focus on the Apprenticeship Performance Reporting Resources spreadsheet and review each tab for relevance to various grantee roles. Presenters will explain:

    1. How and when to use each tab;
    2. How tabs are related to each other; and
    3. How and when grantees may use each tab for data collection, data file errors, and QPR troubleshooting.
