Our goal in collecting user information is to provide an efficient and customized experience while using the WorkforceGPS website.  This allows us to enhance the user’s online experience and provide information that, in some cases, is targeted to a user’s specific interests, meets his/her particular needs, and/or to make using the website more efficient and rewarding.

To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial controls to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

All user information on the WorkforceGPS website is maintained on a secure server.  Individual user information can only be accessed through an administration login and through direct access to the server.  To ensure that users are who they claim to be, we have implemented a registration process where each individual must confirm his/her registration through an e-mail link.  This prevents unauthorized users from logging in as someone else and obtaining personal information. 

User information is not shared with any third parties at any time.  We are committed to protecting users’ privacy and ensuring that personal information is handled in a safe and responsible manner.

Registered users can update their registration information at any time by logging in to WorkforceGPS and accessing the registration page at http://www.workforcegps.org/user/myprofile and making the appropriate change(s).  This link can be used to change e-mail preferences, to cancel newsletters or other types of e-mails that users may not wish to receive.
