The Apprenticeship Community has developed three tools that provide resources for workforce, education, and apprenticeship practitioners directly conducting business engagement with employers.
These tools include:
- Talking to Business: A two-page document with tips and examples about how to speak the language of business and relate their hiring process to the formalized approach of apprenticeship.
- Strategies in Action : A four-page document with practical and real examples of applying solutions-based business engagement strategies for successfully advancing apprenticeship.
- Business Engagement Quick Guide: An eight-page quick resource guide with solutions-based approaches to assist business engagement professionals identify business who will benefit from apprenticeship, build relationships, and secure commitments to adopt apprenticeship.
