AJC Customer Flow Scenarios now available in Spanish

The AJC Customer Flow Scenarios have been highly successful as a resource for American Job Center (AJC) customers and as a staff training tool. To expand their usefulness to a broader customer base there is now a Spanish translation for each scenario. Like the original scenarios, these are best utilized as a discussion guide when assisting a customer to identify and achieve their goals.
With almost all modern browsers you can hold down the Ctrl key on your key board (Command key on a Macintosh) and press the + (plus) key to increase the text size or - (minus) key to reduce the text size.
If that doesn't work...
Click on View menu, Text Size. Choose the Larger or Smaller font sizes until you can easily read the web page.
