This webinar will provide Disability Employment Initiative (DEI) grantees with a basic overview of the Integrated Resource Team (IRT) Approach, which has been chosen by all 29 state-level DEI grantees as one of the menu of seven intervention strategies to be implemented within the American Job Centers to better serve job seekers with disabilities.

Upon completion of this training participants will understand:
  • Why the IRT was developed and its purpose
  • What defines an IRT
  • How to coordinate an IRT
  • The role of the Disability Resource Coordinator (DRC) in relation to the IRT
  • Strategies and resources that support the IRT
