This webinar will provide Disability Employment Initiative (DEI) grantees with a comprehensive breakdown of the Integrated Resource Team (IRT) approach, which has been chosen by all 29 state level DEI grantees as one of the menu of seven intervention strategies to be implemented within American Job Centers to better serve job seekers with disabilities.

Description

Upon completion of this training participants will understand:
  • How to facilitate in-depth, step-by-step coordination of the IRT
  • Information on IRT supports, beyond the basics
  • What “Active Resource Coordination” is and the role it plays in IRTs
  • Resource planning and the use of strength-based assessment in IRTs
  • Examples of in-depth IRT case studies
