These strategies include recruiting, training, and retaining mentors for different types of mentoring models.
During this webinar you will learn:
- Strategies for identifying mentors to assist participants in achieving their goals
- Methods for cultivating existing resources and building sustainable partnerships
- Techniques for recognizing and encouraging long term mentoring relationships
Additionally, we will review the performance tracking system to assist Youth CareerConnect (YCC) grantees with understanding and achieving their program goals. Finally, we will hear from some YCC Grantees as they share their promising practices for setting up a successful mentoring program.
