Qualifying work sites and construction projects are key components of the YouthBuild program model. Understanding the types of work sites that are acceptable for construction training for YouthBuild participants ensures participants receive the needed comprehensive hands-on training in construction while also expanding access to affordable housing in their communities.
Description
This webinar will review the minimum construction activities that may be considered for qualifying work sites, requirements for providing adequate hands-on training to participants, and the effective use of work site forms for approval. In addition, we will share best practices around work site management, including connecting to green-related and energy efficiency resources.
