The purpose of this webinar is to provide an update on federal agency activities around State Plans and help prepare states for activities in the upcoming months to ensure that they are informed and ready to make the transition to a WIOA Unified or Combined State Plan. Presenters from the U.S. Departments of Labor and Education will review the statutory requirements for Unified and Combined State Plans, and describe what states can do now to comply with the provisions of WIOA.

Description

Participants will hear updates on the State Plan Information Collection Request (ICR) as well as the projected timeline for it and other related Federal products. Presenters will also discuss the features of the State Plan online submission portal that is currently under development. Participants will have the opportunity to ask questions.
