In 2015 the U.S. Department of Labor began an unprecedented effort to double the number of apprenticeships across the country. The ApprenticeshipUSA initiative was launched as a call to action to expand the use of Registered Apprenticeship to upskill our nation’s workers and expand the talent pipeline available to U.S. industries - and your participation has been key to this initiative.

As we look ahead to another exciting year for the National Apprenticeship system, LEADERs are an integral and vital part of ApprenticeshipUSA’s recent achievements and milestones. Building on the success of last year’s White House Summit on Apprenticeship and National Apprenticeship Week, we would like share with you our 2016 LEADER engagement plans and are ready to kick off a dialogue and gain your feedback on these proposed activities.

Join us on March 2nd at 2:00PM ET for the 2016 ApprenticeshipUSA LEADER Engagement Webinar. The Office of Apprenticeship will outline the LEADER goals and objectives for this year as well as discuss engagement strategy and development plans for 2016.
