Provided information about the provisions of Short-Time Compensation (STC) in Subtitle D of the Middle Class Tax Relief and Job Creation Act of 2012 (Act). Also provided initial STC guidance to states regarding the value of the program, the definition, the state and Federal STC programs, the grant program, and reimbursement and reporting.
