This training is a part of the Enough is Known for Action series for the youth community, hosted by the Employment and Training Administration (ETA) Division of Youth Services and Regional Offices, to inspire strategic planning and action now as the system is in the early stages of implementation of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA).

 

Description

Partnering with your Registered Apprenticeship community will help strengthen opportunities for out-of-school youth to become apprentices. In this webinar, the USDOL’s Office of Apprenticeship will provide an overview of the Registered Apprenticeship programand discuss efforts to strengthen alignment for out-of-school youth and Registered Apprenticeship placement opportunities. You will hear from peers on how they are building partnerships in addition to best practices to take back to your community.
