Career pathways and sector strategies are the new way of doing business under the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA). Hear how these two complementary workforce approaches for serving populations that experience significant barriers to employment and serving employers that are in need of a skilled and qualified workforce align. This session will walk through the latest career pathways toolkit and a draft workbook containing a host of tools that can help you build sectors and pathways of your own! Leading experts from the field will provide invaluable tips and experiences based on their own implementation lessons. And we hope to hear from you, too, about what’s working and where you need some additional implementation support!
