This webinar will be the first in a series designed and led by Trade Adjustment Assistance Community College and Career Training (TAACCCT) grantees, as envisioned by the TAACCCT Storytelling Network – an IMPACTcommunity led by SkillsCommons.

Description

This series will be an opportunity for grantees to share their innovations and the insights they developed while building their programs. If you are interested in telling your TAACCCT story on the TLN Community of Practice, please submit a TAACCCT Storytelling Proposal.

Utilizing a deliberately collaborative process, the Northeast Resiliency Consortium (NRC), a Round-3 TAACCCT grantee, brought together students, faculty, staff, and employers to define and design what would become the Resiliency Competency Model. The model is a five-term framework fundamental to the mapping of learning experiences and support services for resiliency development. With the same kind of inclusive and hands-on practice, we will demonstrate how using the model to integrate resiliency into activities can generate a community of all stakeholders based on shared experience and productive reflection. This will be a very interactive workshop-style webinar, and we strongly encourage active participation.
