Employers and Registered Apprenticeship programs are required to have not only a skilled workforce, but a diverse and inclusive one.  Yet, we often hear industry stakeholders express frustration in recruiting the right candidate.  This webinar will focus on the recruitment of women into nontraditional occupations through Registered Apprenticeship opportunities.  If you are a Registered Apprenticeship program, pre-apprenticeship training provider, employer, or other workforce practitioner, this webinar is for you.  Join us to learn how to improve your efforts to recruit women and other under-represented populations and increase your organization’s effectiveness in attracting qualified candidates to your program.
