Description
Employers and Registered Apprenticeship
programs are required to have not only a skilled workforce, but a diverse and
inclusive one. Yet, we often hear industry stakeholders express
frustration in recruiting the right candidate. This webinar will focus on
the recruitment of women into nontraditional occupations through Registered Apprenticeship opportunities. If you
are a Registered Apprenticeship program, pre-apprenticeship training provider,
employer, or other workforce practitioner, this webinar is for you. Join
us to learn how to improve your efforts to recruit
women and other under-represented populations and increase your organization’s
effectiveness in attracting qualified candidates to your program.
