You are invited to attend the H-1B Strengthening Working Families Initiative (SWFI) Webinar to launch the technical assistance (TA) efforts for the grants on Thursday, June 1 at 1:00 pm EST. DOL staff and the SWFI TA providers, Mathematica, will provide an overview of TA efforts to support SWFI grantees throughout your period of performance, including TA to be provided and how grantees can access TA.

Topics covered will include:

  • Welcome and introductions of DOL staff and TA team
  • An overview of the SWFI programAn overview of SWFI TA
  • An overview of SWFI TA team roles and TA activities, including coaching activities and coach roles;
    • How grantees can help inform TA efforts; and
    • Next steps for TA activities and what to expect

All primary SWFI program leads and other grant staff involved in day to day grant activities should plan to attend.
