This webinar is designed to familiarize America’s Promise, Strengthening Working Families Initiative and TechHire grantees with functions of H-1B performance reporting by:

  1. Providing an overview of performance reporting requirements for H-1B grantees
  2. Familiarizing grantees with important policy guidance for H-1B programs
  3. Providing an opportunity for grantees to ask questions about the performance reporting process  

During this webinar, we will discuss general guidelines on the H-1B PIRL data elements, strategies for collecting and reporting participant level data, and tips for developing your reporting system. Grantees will also have an opportunity to ask questions about the performance reporting process.

Who should attend: Key personnel who should attend this webinar include data entry and IT personnel, case managers, program managers, and directors of H-1B grant programs who are responsible for tracking participant records, creating grantee data files, uploading data files, and submitting quarterly progress reports.
