About

This webinar is a continuation of technical assistance around the requirements of One Stop partner programs in making financial contributions towards infrastructure costs and additional costs of its local One Stop delivery system. The State of Wisconsin will demonstrate its Job Centers Costs Database that was created to help its local areas in streamlining the tracking of infrastructure costs and other shared one-stop delivery costs such as additional costs.

Moderator

Deborah Galloway, Supervisor of Grants Management Policy, U.S. Department of Labor, Employment and Training Administration

Presenter(s)

Chanel Castaneda, Grants Management Specialist, US Department of Labor, Employment and Training Administration

Stephen Noll, Leasing Specialist, Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development

Robert Czarny, Network Services Specialist, Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development

Annette Meudt, Section Chief of Governance and Compliance, Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development

This centralized database automates the tracking of budgets and costs of its Job Centers. It also standardizes the budgets and forms such a Memorandum of Understanding and Infrastructure Funding Agreement that are being used by One sStop partners during negotiation process.  This innovative approach to sharing in One Stop operational costs has allowed Wisconsin’s local areas to reach consensus through the local funding mechanism.  The webinar will also cover the technical specifications needed if a state or local area would like to borrow the database for its own purposes.

Please note that this is Part III of the Infrastructure webinar series and that participants are encouraged to watch Parts I and II prior to this webinar to actively participate in the Q&A session.
