Please join us for the first group technical assistance (TA) webinar entitled: Promising Practices for Effective Program Implementation.
Description
This webinar will provide program implementation strategies and tips that will help ensure successful program implementation as you work on your outreach and enrollment efforts. The webinar topics will include: (1) forecasting and projecting staffing needs to support their project; (2) effectively leveraging existing resources and partnerships; (3) setting effective program goals that align to grantee’s target performance numbers; and (4) incorporating sustainability strategies early in the grant period. You will also have an opportunity to ask questions and network among your fellow America’s Promise grant peers.
