Description
Four Key Points of Focus:
- An overview of protected characteristics
- A general understanding of the types of actions that may be discriminatory
- The types of evidence that may show discrimination
- The types of evidence shows that discrimination did not occur
Participants will have the opportunity to ask questions of experts in this area, and gain an understanding of how Apprenticeship and Training Representatives (ATRs) have been trained in thinking about and evaluating claims of discrimination in apprenticeship programs.
