America’s Promise, Strengthening Working Families Initiative (SWFI), and TechHire grantees are invited to join the “H-1B Performance Reporting 2.0: WIPS Implementation” webinar.

Description

This webinar is designed to provide an update on the H-1B Workforce Integrated Performance System (WIPS) implementation plan and introduce America’s Promise, SWFI, and TechHire grantees to several WIPS functions. Specific objectives of the webinar include:

  1. Provide a performance policy refresher
  2. Review WIPS performance reporting for the quarter ending 12/31/2017
  3. Learn how to access WIPS, the tricks of uploading data files, resolving data file errors, and new QPR aggregation rules
  4. Discuss the next steps action items for January-March 2018
  5. Provide an opportunity for grantees to ask performance questions

Who should attend: Key personnel who should attend this webinar include H-1B program managers, and directors, data entry and IT personnel, and case managers, who are responsible for tracking participant records, creating grantee data files, uploading data files, and submitting quarterly progress reports.
