As you near the conclusion of your project’s grant period, you may be seeking ways to continue the vision and mission of your program’s promising practices. This interactive webinar is designed to provide strategies that will help support the sustainability of your grant program model and promising practices developed through the Ready to Work Grant.
The webinar will focus on four sustainable strategies; developing a succession plan; program evaluation; maintaining and building partnerships; and funding stability. TA Coaches will also discuss ways to continue your program success after your grant period is over.
Discussion includes:
- Sharing strategies to sustain your promising practices
- Discussing key steps in the process of planning for sustainability
- Highlighting the importance of succession planning
- Determining next steps to further your sustainability plan
This webinar is targeted to program directors, managers, service providers, case managers, career coaches and other staff responsible for providing programmatic leadership and oversight to the RTW grant program.
