This webinar will give Round 4 Trade Adjustment Assistance Community College and Career Training (TAACCCT) Grantees an opportunity to address any closeout questions they may have. We strongly encourage you to review the 2017 Round 3 TAACCCT Closeout Webinar before you attend this webinar, as the information provided to Round 3 grantees has not changed (except for dates).

Description

Should you have more questions after reviewing the Round 3 webinar, this forum will be an opportunity to get them answered.

As you work hard to meet your final outcome goals for Round 4 TAACCCT grants, it is also time to think ahead to what happens after your grant period of performance ends. Make the most of your remaining months of the grant by planning ahead now.  Topics will include the closeout process and timeline, allowable costs for the final six months, review of key financial forms, product submission responsibilities and post-closeout activities.

We will also have a discussion on staff transitions that will be occurring as you near the end of your grant. What information do staff need to share before they leave? How can you ensure that the staff who remain are able to effectively track job placements, upload deliverables, and other essentials? Come with your questions and/or things you’ve done to wrap-up the grant successfully despite these transitions.

Considering the variety of topics to be discussed, we recommend that in addition to program managers, financial and data staff attend this webinar as well.
