This webinar will educate America's Promise grantees on tools that they can use to measure the effectiveness of their training programs and then how to make changes to address weaknesses/challenges.

America's Promise is approximately two years into the four-year grant program. This webinar will help the grantees evaluate the effectiveness of their training programs so that they can adjust, accordingly. The webinar will present tools that the grantees can use to measure effectiveness of their efforts and then how to make changes to address any weaknesses or challenges.
The webinar will include information on the following points:
- Components of a successful adult education/training programs;
- How to measure immediate impact/response to training; and
- How best to manage and make changes to existing curriculum.
