With the growing importance of integrating employers as vital partners in the workforce development system, identifying effective methods for aligning the efforts of all stakeholders is a high priority. Missouri’s and Montana’s partnerships, funded under the Trade Adjustment Assistance Community College and Career Training (TAACCCT) grant program, have developed innovative methods of formally aligning their collective efforts at the state and local levels.
The Missouri Community College Association (MCCA) took a bold challenge to solve a problem of the lack of data on the performance of credit and non-credit programs. The result is MOSCORES, a statewide data system and performance scorecard for non-credit and credit programs and a public facing portal for job seekers. Learn how statewide stakeholders collaborated to create the portal and provide a live walkthrough of the portal for attendees.
Developed by Missoula College – University of Montana, HealthCARE Montana has been a leader in creating apprenticeships for the healthcare industry. To date, HealthCARE Montana has implemented over 21 registered apprenticeship occupations in over 50 healthcare partner facilities, including a wide array of resources

This webinar is part of the Innovations Leading to Career Success Webinar Series and showcases strategies and resources developed by community colleges engaged in career-focused education and training. The colleges featured throughout the series are grantees of the TAACCCT program, a collaboration between the U.S. Department of Labor and the U.S. Department of Education.
