Participants will learn how performance data can inform program design as part of a process improvement strategy to assess challenge areas, identify opportunities for improvement, and apply course-corrections to make your grants more effective!

Description

This webinar will provide an opportunity for America’s Promise (AP) grantees to discuss best practices on using grant program data from your Quarterly Performance Reports (QPR).  These reports offer detailed information about AP grant outcomes.  We will explore how this information can be used to monitor quarterly performance outcomes and make changes where needed so your organization can maintain and grow your workforce development strategies.  We will then share an example of a simple tool to analyze your data for program improvement.

We will also review how your performance data, combined with other data, support the evaluation.  The evaluation team will highlight the role of evaluation data in learning and continuous improvement, the relationship and importance of evaluation and performance together.  This will include an update on the evaluation of the impact of America’s Promise grants on participants.
