Description
This session provides a broad overview of how program evaluation and evaluation findings can benefit states. Attendees will learn about the first evaluation planning steps they can take to identify which elements of their RESEA program they may wish to evaluate, and learn about the evaluation tools that may help them refine their learning needs and interests.
Presenters will discuss how to:
- Develop learning goals that address states’ pressing questions about the RESEA program
- Identify what elements of states’ RESEA programs may potentially be evaluated
- Create research questions that may be answered by a rigorous program evaluation.
The webinar will also present a tool that state workforce agencies can use as they move forward with assessing which components of their program they should evaluate.
