This module centers on facilities and leases while addressing the changes in the Uniform Guidance on this topic. We will distinguish between allowable and unallowable costs, depreciation, maintenance and repair costs, prior approval, limitations on sale and lease back and less-than-arms-length agreements, and other topics relevant to grantee needs.
