This webinar serves as an important "kickoff" for the technical assistance that the Employment and Training Administration (ETA) will provide throughout the period of performance for H-1B Scaling Apprenticeship Through Sector-Based Strategies grants.

Description

ETA has engaged Manhattan Strategy Group (MSG) to provide technical assistance (TA) to Scaling Apprenticeship grantees.  This webinar will serve as an overall introduction to important TA resources, as well as an introduction to success indicators that promote high-performing and sustainable projects.  Presenters will emphasize steps that lead to solid implementation of projects and help mitigate future problems.

You will come away with:

  • Introductions to the TA team and an understanding of how to communicate with TA coaches and how the team will support projects;
  • Knowledge of the roles of TA coaches, FPOs and the National Office team;
  • A curated list of key TA resources designed specifically for Scaling Apprenticeship grants as well as apprenticeship resources developed by ETA more broadly; and
  • A high-level understanding of Scaling Apprenticeship “success factors.”
