Join us for a discussion of promising practices in tracking registered apprenticeship participant for the Apprenticeship State Expansion (ASE) Grants. We will review participant tracking requirements and the participant definition, discuss the role of case management, and share promising approaches from a few grantees.
Description
In order to explore promising practices in case management and tracking registered apprentices, three ASE grantees will share the approaches they are taking to case management and participant tracking and addressing common challenges, including: selecting a case management/participant tracking system; recruitment considerations, eligibility determination and enrollment; service delivery and after services end; and more. ASE grantees will leave the webinar with a participant tracking planning tool/checklist that will help them apply what they learned and identify gaps in their current participant tracking strategies.
