Construction Training at a YouthBuild Program

About

The handbook provides guidance for implementing an effective construction training component, including hands-on vocational education, work readiness skills, leadership skills, and academic learning. This handbook contains guidance on all the major DOL work site compliance factors, information on aligning with the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA), effective work site safety procedures and best practices, and information and resources on green building and weatherization.
